Breath Awakening: Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony
With Jerred and Natalie, Friday 4:30-6:30pm at the Late Night Tent, and Sunday 10:00-12:00pm at the Forest Stage
Awaken to your Breath and experience it as the deep teacher that it is. We embark together on a journey to transcend normal states of consciousness and expand into the infinite universe of possibilities. Here, aligned with the vibration of love, we begin the process of liberating ourselves from the chains of patterns that no longer serve us. Using our breath we’ll open our hearts to new capacities and awaken to even deeper levels of our truth. While powerful alone, alongside Cacao these two medicines dance together in perfect counter-point. Each playing a vital roll in shifting our consciousness and way of being. The spirit of Cacao takes us from our minds and into our awakened hearts, the instrument through which do our breathwork. Our breath, a sacred tool, reconnects us to our soul’s purpose and lays to rest old patterns and limiting beliefs. This offering unites us with our deepest truths through a heart full of love and gratitude. It liberates us from our separation and aligns us to a greater sense of peace and purpose, knowing, creativity and clarity.

Kundalini + Buti + Nidra Yoga
With Chelsea Lewis, Friday 12:30-2:00pm at the Late Night Tent
Yoga means Union and in this class you will merge with different parts of yourself. Kundalini is meant to awaken the chakras and merge you with your super consciousness. Buti is a tribal dance and movement with trance music. That will awaken you in a new way. We will use mantras as a way to train our minds on what to focus on. We will go through a guided meditation or stigma Nidra at the end to venture to meet our younger self and older self. This will be a fun class full of experience.

Awakening Shakti with Buti Yoga
With Rachel Stricker
Buti Yoga combines power vinyasa, high intensity interval training and tribal dance to create one sweaty, heart-pumping workout. Elements like the spiral structure technique, static shaking and wild liberating movements pave the way for deep emotional release and transformation. Big energetic beats guide the class and help students get out of their head and into their body. We gyrate, shake and laugh through the physical challenges, building strength and connection within ourselves and with each other. Buti comes from an Indian Marathi word meaning a cure that has been kept hidden or secret. Butisattvas (those who practice Buti yoga) strive to find the creativity, truth, positivity and soul connection to heal themselves from the inside out. This empowering practice lights the path.
Climate Change and Migration
With Victoria Matey Mendoza, Friday 1:00-2:00pm at the Forest Stage
This workshop highlights a global perspective of the impacts of climate change and migration. By 2050 over 200 million to a billion people will be displaced by climate catastrophes. As we view migration as a global issue we must look at climate change through the same lens, it is a global crisis with only a collective solution. I have spent years working on immigration topics and more recently looking at the intersections of climate change. I feel a social responsibility to talk about these intersections and hopefully inspire others to do the same. Topics Include: Examples of Climate Change Military contribution to Climate Change Displacement of people Mass Migration Detention and Borders
Sharing Our Lives: An Offering to Our Well Ancestors
With Marina and Anai, Saturday 11:00-12:30pm at the Forest Stage
As music and friendship connect us together, let us celebrate and honor those who dreamed us into being. We will gather personal items and natures’ gifts (pine cones, flowers, twigs, etc) to create a work of living art to offer to our well ancestors. Opening the conversation and connection to those who predate us, those who lived in worlds far different and deeply similar to ours, we will create beauty together and offer it as a gift to the well ancestors of our lineages. No previous knowledge or experience of ancestry necessary.
